BREWDOG OUTPOST ITAEWON IS HERE

If you’ve been lucky enough to visit, you’ll know that Seoul is the beating heart of Korea – a city that runs white hot day and night. It is also the centre of South Korea’s booming craft beer scene and is home to more amazing brewers than ever. Today, we are arriving to plant a flag in the hop-laced mayhem that is Korean craft beer. Only we aren’t just pouring BrewDog beer there – we are brewing BrewDog beer there. Say hello to our first overseas Outpost.

BrewDog Outpost Itaewon opens today, Friday August 10th at 7pm Korean time!

This new beacon in for craft beer in Seoul is located at 40, Itaewon-ro 27 na-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, 04349. We have the perfect spot midway along the road running east from Yongsan Family Park before it curves northwards towards Namsan Park. Itaewon is a bustling area of Seoul and we are psyched to be opening up a short distance from the station of the same name (head out of exit 2 and we are literally a minute’s walk up the road).

When you arrive you’ll discover GM Alex and a trained team of craft beer lovers, ready and waiting with 25 taps of beer. It’s going to be a tough choice, as the biggest point of difference at BrewDog Outpost Itaewon comes from the line of large metal tanks along the far wall. We are rocking a 10HL brewkit on which our star brewer SJ Min will be turning his hand to a selection of super-fresh craft beers for the bar and the people who head there.

Our latest International Bar – and the first Outpost we have dialled in overseas – will be serving up great food too. Our homespun menu of legendary burgers, wings and pizza will be joined by a selection of local Korean dishes – all of which will pair perfectly with the beer on our draft board. Just ask any of our trained servers for a recommendation and they will help you out. Plus we have a kick-ass external patio where you can watch the world go by with a beer!
